摘要 介绍了某公司在混合动力项目的开发中,依据PDCA循环管理法,优化混动发动机试验认证矩阵,详细阐述了PDCA循环在计划、执行、检查和改进四个阶段中是如何作用,直观全面的评估各个过程中的质量是否可控,结果是否有效,更改是否规范。优化后的矩阵作为后续项目的指导框架,已被应用于多款轻、中度混动项目的开发,提升了企业的技术开发水平。 This paper introduces a company's optimization of the hybrid engine test validation matrix based on PDCA cycle management method in the development of hybrid power projects.It elaborates in detail on how the PDCA cycle functions in the four stages of planning,execution,inspection,and improvement.It evaluates intuitively and comprehensively whether the quality of each process is controllable and whether the results are effective.The optimized matrix as a guiding framework for subsequent projects,has been applied to the development of mild and medium hybrid projects.This improves the technical development level of the enterprise.
