Development of Feedback Design Tools for Rural Residence Based on Strategy Screening

本文以满足村民多样化居住需求、提取和量化传统村落及民居的规划设计经验需求、适应现代化的生活方式,弥合城乡“数字鸿沟”等需求为背景,围绕地形、气候、产业结构、家庭结构等方面构建了乡村住宅反馈式设计策略体系和策略库,集成技术GIS与BIM等数字化技术手段,开发了乡村住宅反馈式设计系统,为村民和基层设计人员提供了辅助设计工具。

In order to meet the diverse residential needs of villagers,extract and quantify the planning and design experience of traditional village and vernacular dwelling,adapt to modern lifestyle,and bridge the"digital divide"between urban and rural area,this study has built a feedback design strategy system and library for rural housing from terrain,climate,industrial structure,family structure and other aspects,and integrated digital technologies such as GIS and BIM,developed the feedback design system of rural residence,which provides auxiliary design tools for villagers and grass-rootsdesigners.
