基于韧性测度的高密度城市旧区空间优化提升策略——以重庆石桥铺旧区为例

摘要 随着我国前一段时期城镇化进程的快速推进,城市人口密度日趋加大,城市高密度空间承受着日益严峻的自然和人为风险,特别是城市高密度旧区,因其高密度建设,基础设施老化、防灾空间不足、公共空间品质较差、生态环境较差等问题,可改造难度较大,导致城市高密度旧区的安全发展成为制约城市可持续发展的关键难题。文章以重庆市石桥铺旧区为例,通过梳理高密度城市旧区空间问题特征,借鉴韧性城市建设的概念,从多样性、冗余性、鲁棒性、连通性等四方面,建构了韧性测度指标体系,探讨了高密度老旧城区提高韧性的途径,提出了高密度城市旧区空间韧性提升的策略,为我国将面临大量高密度老旧城区品质提升工作提供借鉴。 With the rapid advancement of the urbanization process in China in the previous period,the urban population density is constantly increasing,and the urban highdensity space bears increasingly severe natural and manmade risks,especially the urban high-density old districts,because of their high-density construction,aging infrastructure,insufficient disaster prevention space,poor quality of public space,poor ecological environment and other issues,it is difficult to transform,which resulted in the safe development of urban high-density old areas becoming a key problem restricting the sustainable development of cities.Taking the Shiqiaopu old district of Chongqing as an example,this paper sorts out the spatial problems of the old areas of high-density cities,draws on the concept of resilient city construction,discusses the ways to improve the resilience of high-density old urban areas from four aspects,such as diversity,redundancy,robustness and connectivity.This study proposes to build a multifunctional green open space network to enhance space systems.The study will provide reference for China facing a large number of highdensity old urban districts quality improvement work.
