摘要 针对当前分布式新能源接入电力通信网络带来的网络结构规划和建设问题,对分布式新能源接入的电力通信网络可靠性进行评估和研究。本文分析了短距离和长距离通信中分布式新能源接入通信网络的结构情况,并分别给出计算出其故障率的计算方法,最后通过算例计算出具体的可靠性指标。结果表明:短距离局域电网故障的概率为λ_(1)=1 140.92×10^(6)/h×10^(6)/h,长距离故障发生的概率为λ_(2)=42 540.9410^(6)/h×10^(6)/h,线路长度越长,故障率越高。 Aiming at the problems of network structure planning and construction caused by distributed new energy access electric power communication network,the reliability of distributed new energy access electric power communication network is evaluated and studied.This paper analyzes the structure of distributed new energy access communication network in short and long distance communication.The method of calculating the failure rate is given respectively.Finally,the concrete reliability index is calculated by an example.The results show that:The probability of a short-distance local power grid failure is λ_(1)=1 140.92×10^(6)/h×10^(6)/h;The probability of long distance failure is λ_(2)=42 540.94106/h×106/h;The longer the line length,the higher the failure rate.
