Based on the test standard and test procedure of latch-up,aiming at the special pin in complex integrate circuit,this paper states the treatment methods and important considerations of special pins in actual test.It provides a basis for understanding and performance of Ic latch-up test,also lays a foundation for evaluating latch-up protection capability of IC.
