心肌蛋白抑制剂治疗肥厚型心肌病的研究进展

Research progress of myocardial protein inhibitors in treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

肥厚型心肌病(HCM)是一种较常见的基因遗传心肌病心肌蛋白抑制剂Mavacamten、Aficamten两类药物的问世,极大程度地改善了患者的预后。现对HCM的流行病学及发病机制、国内外心肌蛋白抑制剂治疗进展,从药物机制、体内外实验、临床实验研究成果、药物不良反应、会议指南评价等方面进行综述。

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a common genetic cardiomyopathy,The advent of the two types of myocardial protoin inhibitors Mavacamten and Aficamten has greatly improved the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the epidemiology and pathogenesis of HCM,and the progress of cardiac protein inhibitors treatment around the world,from the aspects of drug mechanism,in vivo experiments,in vitro experiments,clinical experiments research results,adverse drug reactions,conference guidelines and evaluation.
