摘要 针对炼化企业碳足迹评价方法进行介绍,明确原油加工企业碳足迹计算时所应包含的不同种阶段,并提供计算方法与对应计算系数。以A企业生产的聚丙烯产品为例,针对性计算碳排放系数,并进行评价对比。A企业聚丙烯产品通过加工原油,经过常减压装置、延迟焦化装置、渣油加氢等装置,最终由聚丙烯装置生产得到合格产品。经由原料获取阶段、产品生产阶段计算碳排放,同时利用不同加工装置的能源消耗数据、加工量、对应碳排放系数,计算经由各装置生产阶段所得到的碳排放系数,最终得出A企业聚丙烯产品碳排放系数为0.9021t二氧化碳当量/t、0.8542t二氧化碳当量/t。较同行业碳排放系数偏低,但较先进企业仍有差距。经过分析,主要原因为部分加工装置负荷偏低,导致能源利用率较低;同时该企业部分氢气来自连续重整装置,该装置能耗较高,导致碳排放系数偏高。下一步建议该企业优化加工流程,提高能源利用率以降低碳排放系数,提升聚丙烯产品竞争力。 This paper introduces the carbon footprint assessment method for refining and petrochemical enterprises,defines the different stages that should be included in the carbon footprint calculation of crude oil processing enterprises,and provides the calculation method and the corresponding calculation coefficients.The polypropylene products produced by Enterprise A are taken as an example to calculate the carbon emission coefficients and make evaluation and comparison.Crude oil is successively processed in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,delayed coking unit and residue hydrotreating unit of Enterprise A,finally obtaining on-spec polypropylene products from polypropylene plant.The carbon emissions are calculated through the raw material acquisition stage and the product production stage.At the same time,the carbon emission coefficients obtained through the production stage of each unit are calculated using the energy consumption data,processing capacity and corresponding carbon emission coefficients of different processing units.Finally,the carbon emission coefficients of the polypropylene products of Enterprise A are calculated to be 0.9021t CO2e/t and0.8542t CO2e/t,which are lower than those of the same industry,but there is still a gap compared with those of advanced enterprises.Based on the analysis,the main reason is that the low load of some processing units results in low energy utilization rate.At the same time,part of the hydrogen comes from the continuous catalytic reforming unit which has high energy consumption,resulting in high carbon emission coefficients.It is recommended that the enterprise should optimize its process flow,improve the energy efficiency to reduce the carbon emission coefficients,and enhance the competitiveness of polypropylene products.
