摘要
农业是非洲经济社会发展的重要支柱产业。由于非洲农业生产大多位于偏远地区,远离城市主网,供电问题已成为制约农业发展的重要掣肘。非洲光伏资源丰富,可就地获取并持续利用,采用光伏离网供电可以在农业生产区就近灵活布置,在满足各类用能场景的基础上,有效提升农业生产效率。以非洲某农业园区为例,基于所在地太阳能资源禀赋,在综合考虑园区生产生活用能现状及远期发展规划的基础上,确定园区光伏离网升级改造的设计思路、设计目标,并提出近期和远期两组设计方案。近期方案引入光伏离网发电系统,配置250kW光伏发电单元以及140kW/280kW·h储能单元,旨在满足园区当前用电需求;远期方案引入冷热电三联供系统,配置170kW和590kW光伏发电单元以及85kW/170kW·h储能单元,在满足园区远期综合用能需求的基础上,实现能源梯级利用,提高能源利用效率。分别对两组设计方案进行财务测算和敏感性分析,近期和远期设计方案均属于盈利项目,具有较好的经济、环境和社会效益,在节约电费的同时还可以减少碳排放,推动“新能源+农业”多元化应用。
Agriculture is an important pillar industry for Africa′s economic and social development.Because the agricultural production in Africa is mostly located in remote areas,far from the main urban grid,power supply problem has become an important constraint on agricultural development.Africa is rich in photovoltaic resources,which can be obtained locally and continuously utilized,and photovoltaic off-grid power supply can be flexibly arranged in the nearest agricultural production area and effectively improve the agricultural pro-duction efficiency on the basis of meeting various energy use scenarios.Taking an agricultural park in Africa as an example,based on the local solar energy resource endowment and the comprehensive consideration of the current energy consumption for production and living in the park and the long-term development planning,the design ideas and design objectives of the park′s photovoltaic off-grid upgrading are determined,and two design schemes are proposed for both short term and long term.In the short-term scheme,photovoltaic off-grid power generation system is introduced,equipped with 250kW photovoltaic power generation unit and140kW/280kW·h energy storage unit,to meet the current power demand of the park.In the long-term scheme,a combined cooling,heating and power system is introduced,equipped with 170kW and 590kW photovoltaic power generation units and 85kW/170kW·h energy storage unit,to achieve energy cascade utilization and improve energy utilization efficiency while meeting the long-term comprehensive energy demand of the park.The financial calculation and sensitivity analysis of the two design schemes are carried out respectively.Both the short-term and long-term design schemes are profitable projects with good economic,environmental and social benefits,which can reduce carbon emissions while saving electricity and promote the diversified application of"new energy+agriculture".
