By formulating common strategic plans,implementation plans,shared infrastructure and data resources,the European Union has gradually established an overall framework of marine exploration and observation system as well as advanced technology and equipment system,data integration management and service system.With the goal of building a sustainable and improvable pan-European marine exploration and observation system,the European Union attaches great importance to the research and development of key technologies and equipment related to deep ocean,and actively promotes standardized data sharing and ocean digital twin.The overall framework,technical equipment and data management service system of the European Union for marine exploration and observation can provide references for the construction of China's marine exploration and observation system.
