高龄二孩母亲孕期、哺乳期的生命体验研究

A Qualitative Study on the Life Experiences of Second-Child Mothers of Advanced Maternal Age in China During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

聚焦高龄二孩母亲的生育、养育状况,为“晚来二孩”家庭精准服务提供参考依据。研究选取10位35岁以上的高龄二孩母亲为研究对象,通过访谈、观察等研究方式,对其孕期、产后生命体验进行追踪研究。结果从高龄二孩母亲孕初期、孕中后期、产后、育儿期等不同阶段,呈现出两难生育抉择、养育困境等现实问题。研究表明“高龄追生”是理性而慎重的抉择,“高龄追生”的二孩父亲存在缺位现象,大宝具有多元化家庭角色,建议通过多方支持提升高龄二孩父母教养效能感。

Focusing on the childbearing and parenting status of advanced-age second-child mothers,thid study provides a reference basis for accurate services for families with“late arrival of a second child”.The study selected 10 elderly mothers of two children over 35 years old as the research subjects,and tracked their life experiences during pregnancy and postpartum through interviews and observations.The results show that the challenges of childbirth and parenting are a real problem at different stages of pregnancy,including middle and late pregnancy,postpartum,and the child-rearing period of mothers of advanced age.The study suggests that it is a rational and prudent choice to have a second child at an advanced age,that there is a lack of present fathers in families where the mother has a second child at an advanced age,and that the eldest child has diversified family roles.This paper recommends that parenting efficacy of parents in such families should be improved through multiple supportive measures.
