TBA、ALB、TC、CHE、GGT应用于肝炎肝硬化患者检验中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of TBA,ALB,TC,CHE,and GGT Applied in the Testing of Patients with Viral Hepatitis Cirrhosis

目的分析总胆汁酸(total bile acid,TBA)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、血胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyl transferase,GGT)应用于肝炎肝硬化(viral hepatitis cirrhosis,VHC)患者检验中的作用。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月盐城市第一人民医院检验科收治的90例VHC患者为观察组,另选取同期80例健康体检人群为对照组,对比两组肝功能指标、分析不同分级患者肝功能指标,肝功能指标评估VHC的价值。结果观察组ALB水平低于对照组,观察组TBA、TC、CHE、GGT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C级患者TBA、TC、CHE、GGT水平均高于B级、A级,ALB水平均低于B级、A级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TBA、ALB、TC、CHE、GGT灵敏度、特异度分别为96.20%、87.80%;80.00%、91.10%;95.00%、81.10%;95.00%、81.10%;96.20%、90.00%。且TBA、ALB、TC、CHE、GGT预测VHC发生价值较高(AUC>0.9)。结论对VHC患者行TBA、ALB、TC、CHE、GGT检测,对患者肝脏损伤程度及预后具有评估及预测价值,对临床诊断、病情评估具有重要影响。

Objective To analyze the role of total bile acids(TBA),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),blood cholin⁃esterase(CHE),and gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)applied in the testing of patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis(VHC).Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,90 patients with VHC admitted to the laboratory of Yancheng First People's Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy people in the same period were se⁃lected as the control group.The liver function indexes of the two groups were compared,and the liver function indexes of patients with different grades were analyzed.The value of liver function indexes in evaluating VHC was evaluated.Results The level of ALB in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of TBA,TC,CHE and GGT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The levels of TBA,TC,CHE and GGT in patients with grade C were higher than those in patients with grade B and grade A,and the levels of ALB were lower than those in patients with grade B and grade A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of TBA,ALB,TC,CHE and GGT were 96.20%,87.80%;80.00%,91.10%;95.00%,81.10%;95.00%,81.10%;96.20%,90.00%,respectively.TBA,ALB,TC,CHE and GGT had higher value in predicting VHC(AUC>0.9).Conclusion TBA,ALB,TC,CHE and GGT testing in patients with VHC has the value of evaluating and predicting the degree of liver injury and prognosis of the patients,and has an important impact on clinical diagnosis and condition assessment.
