重症脑溢血患者治疗中早期低分子肝素应用的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Early Application of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的早期低分子肝素在重症脑溢血患者治疗中应用的效果。方法选取东台市人民医院2020年1月—2023年2月收治的92例重症脑溢血患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组46例,对照组行常规临床治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合低分子肝素的应用。比较两组患者下肢周径、静脉(腘静脉、股静脉)血流的速度,临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者下肢周径小于对照组,股静脉血流速度和腘静脉血流速度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为97.83%高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.17%低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症脑溢血患者治疗中,早期运用低分子肝素能保证患者的下肢周径恢复正常,加快患者血流的速度。且该治疗方式在临床中的应用效果较为显著,能提升患者临床治疗的效果,降低患者不良反应的发生率。

Objective The effect of early low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with severe cere⁃bral hemorrhage.Methods 92 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received routine clinical treatment,while the observation group received low-molecular-weight heparin com⁃bined with conventional treatment.Compared the lower limb circumference,venous(popliteal vein,femoral vein)blood flow velocity,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the lower limb circumference of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,while the femoral vein blood flow velocity and popliteal vein blood flow velocity were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 82.61%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.39%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe cerebral hemor⁃rhage patients,early use of low molecular weight heparin can ensure that the patient's lower limb circumference re⁃turns to normal and accelerate the speed of blood flow.And the application effect of this treatment method in clinical practice is significant,which can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
