摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管炎的效果及血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月在信宜市妇幼保健院治疗的小儿支气管炎患儿94例作为研究对象。使用随机数表法分为两组,每组47例。对照组采用药物布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。比较两组患儿的症状改善情况、炎症因子、免疫功能以及不良反应。结果观察组咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息以及三凹征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组IL-4、CRP、IL-10、TNF-α以及CD8^(+)均低于对照组,CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.13%,低于对照组的14.89%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.415,P>0.05)。结论对于小儿支气管炎使用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗能够提高疗效,降低不良反应发生情况,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of pedi⁃atric bronchitis and the effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 94 children with bronchitis treated in Xinyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study ob⁃jects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.Symptom improvement,inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reactions were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The scores of cough,pulmonary rales,wheezing and three concave signs in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-4,CRP,IL-10,TNF-αand CD8^(+)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and CD4^(+)levels were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the observation group was 2.13%,lower than that in the control group(14.89%),but the difference was not sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=3.415,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium for the treatment of pediatric bronchitis can improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reac⁃tions,which is worth promoting in the clinic.
