浓缩生长因子联合微创技术治疗对牙周炎垂直骨缺损患者牙周指标、牙槽骨缺损深度、牙龈退缩程度的影响

摘要 目的研究牙周炎垂直骨缺损患者实施浓缩生长因子联合微创技术治疗后对牙龈退缩程度等相关指标的影响。方法纳入2020年12月—2022年12月南京医科大学附属苏州医院口腔科收治的66例牙周炎垂直骨缺损患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签方式分组,每组33例,分别是参考组(实施浓缩因子结合牙周引导组织再生术治疗)和技术组(实施浓缩因子联合微创技术治疗),比较两组的牙龈退缩程度等相关指标。结果技术组患者治疗后的牙周探诊深度、出血指数、临床附着丧失分别是(2.57±0.59)mm、(1.19±0.13)、(4.28±1.09)mm,和参考组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.622、1.342、0.256,P>0.05)。技术组患者的牙槽骨缺损深度为(3.77±0.43)mm,与参考组的(3.82±0.47)mm比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.451,P>0.05)。技术组患者的牙龈退缩程度数据为(1.77±0.55)mm,和参考组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.494,P>0.05)。结论牙周炎垂直骨缺损患者施以微创技术联合浓缩生长因子治疗,其效果和浓缩因子结合牙周引导组织再生术治疗相差不大。 Objective To study the effects of treatment with growth factor concentrate combined with minimally inva⁃sive techniques on gingival recession and other related indicators in patients with vertical bone defects in periodonti⁃tis.Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,66 patients with vertical bone defect of periodontitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were included in the study.Grouped by random draw,33 cases in each group were the reference group(treated by implementing concen⁃trated factor combined with periodontally guided tissue regeneration)and the technical group(treated by implementing concentrated factor combined with minimally invasive techniques).Compared the gingival recession degree and other related indexes of the two groups.Results The periodontal probing depth,bleeding index,and clinical attachment loss of the patients in the technical group after treatment were(2.57±0.59)mm,(1.19±0.13),and(4.28±1.09)mm,respec⁃tively,compared with that of the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.622,1.342,0.256,P>0.05).There was not statistically significant difference in depth of alveolar bone defect in patients in the technical group(3.77±0.43)mm and reference group(3.82±0.47)mm(t=0.451,P>0.05).There was not statistically significant difference in the data of the degree of gingival recession in the patients of the technical group(1.77±0.55)mm and ref⁃erence group(t=0.494,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive technique combined with concentrated growth factor treatment in patients with periodontitis with vertical bone defects was not significantly different from that of concentrated factor combined with periodontally guided tissue regeneration.
