静脉显像仪在肥胖儿童术前外周静脉留置针穿刺中的应用研究

Effects of the venous imaging instrument in preoperative peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture of obese children

目的探讨静脉显像仪在肥胖儿童手术前外周静脉留置针穿刺中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月-10月河南省某三甲医院术前需行外周静脉留置针穿刺的肥胖患儿136例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各68例。对照组采用常规方法进行穿刺,观察组采用静脉显像仪辅助穿刺。比较2组静脉穿刺时间、一次静脉穿刺成功率、患儿静脉穿刺配合度。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.332,P<0.001),静脉穿刺时间短于对照组(t=4.923,P<0.001),患儿静脉穿刺配合度优于对照组(Z=-2.274,P=0.023)。结论静脉显像仪有助于提高肥胖患儿术前外周静脉留置针穿刺的一次性穿刺成功率及患儿配合度,缩短静脉穿刺时间。

Objective To explore the effects of the venous imaging instrument in the preoperative venipuncture of obese children.Methods Between February and October 2022,136 obese children to receive venipuncture before operation in the operating room of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Henan province were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 68.The control group was punctured by conventional methods,and the observation group was assisted by venous imaging machine.The time to complete the venipuncture,the success rate of one venipuncture and the cooperation of children were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.332,P<0.001),while the time of venous puncture was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=4.923,P<0.001).Moreover,the cooperation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-2.274,P=0.023).Conclusion Intravenous imaging instrument can improve the success rate of one-time puncture and cooperation of obese children in peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture before operation,and shorter the time of venous puacture.
