论文化自信视域下的大学英语教学

On College English Teaching from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence

摘要 目前,国内大学英语教学几乎等同于目的语文化教学,英语国家文化占据主导地位,本土文化未能系统地走入英语课堂,不利于培养学生的文化自信和民族精神。本文围绕文化自信视域下的大学英语教学,探讨将文化自信视域引入英语教学后如何解决中国文化失语症、如何讲述中国故事。本文认为,大学英语教学对中国文化及其他多元文化的吸收以及跨文化交际的建立能有效推动学生在英语学习中树立文化自信。 Contemporarily,Chinese college English teaching primarily focuses on cultural teaching of the target language.In English class,the culture of English-speaking countries is dominant and Chinese culture has not been introduced systematically into teaching,which is not beneficial to develop students’cultural confidence and national spirit.Therefore,this paper discusses college English teaching from the perspective of cultural confidence to explore how to overcome Chinese cultural aphasia and share Chinese stories,considering that learning Chinese culture and other multicultural knowledge,as well as exercising transcultural communication can promote students’cultural confidence in English learning.
