Internal Mechanism and Optimization Path of Rural Vitalization Empowered by Rural Vocational Education from the Perspective of Livelihood Capital

乡村振兴战略目标实施的关键在于人才队伍建设。要打造一支新型职业化农民队伍,接受职业教育是必要的。如果农村职业教育能够更好地服务于当前全面推进的乡村振兴战略,以及激发农村主体性的内生动力,那么对于解决我国现存的新“三农”问题和促进教育公平有着重要的现实意义。运用可持续生计理论分析方法,剖析农村职业教育助力乡村振兴的内在机理并提出优化路径,以确保乡村振兴战略的顺利实施。

The key to the implementation of rural vitalization strategy lies in the construction of personnel team.It is necessary to receive vocational education to build a professional farmer team.If rural vocational education can better serve the current rural revitalization strategy and stimulate the endogenous power of rural subjectivity,it is of great significance to settle the new issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmer in our country and to promote educational equity.This paper,based on the theoretical method of the sustainable livelihood,analyzes the internal mechanism of rural vocational education boosting the rural revitalization and puts forward the optimization path,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
