摘要
基于2011—2020年长三角地区三省一市的面板数据,构建综合交通运输和区域经济高质量发展指标体系,分析两者的发展水平、耦合协调水平及耦合协调过程中的障碍因子。结果显示:从总体看,2011—2020年,长三角地区综合交通运输水平、区域经济高质量发展水平以及耦合协调水平均呈现稳步上升态势,但耦合协调度总体仍属于初级协调类型;从局部看,三省一市之间存在一定的差异性,呈现阶梯特征。三省一市耦合协调过程中的障碍因子,既有相同障碍因子,也存在差异障碍因子。
Based on the panel data of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs index systems of comprehensive transportation and regional economy high-quality development,and analyzes their development levels,coupling coordination levels and obstacle factors during the process of coupling coordination.The results show that,from the overall perspective,the comprehensive transportation level,regional economy high-quality development level and coupling coordination level in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2020 show a steady upward trend,but the overall coupling coordination degree still belongs to the primary coordination type;from a local perspective,there are certain differences among the three provinces and one city,presenting a ladder characteristic.As far as the obstacle factors are concerned in the process of coupling and coordinating among three provinces and one city,there are both the same and different obstacle factors.
