金沙江下游流域旱涝特性分析

Drought and Flood Characteristics in the Lower Jinsha River Basin

以乌东德水库入库流量作为研究对象,采用标准化径流指数法对金沙江下游流域年度旱涝特征及年内旱涝转换特性进行分析,构建金沙江下游流域典型旱涝年份事件库,初步探讨了流域年内旱转涝、涝转旱两种典型模式时间范围、发生强度等一般性规律,同步构建了典型模式事件集。相关研究成果有助于提升对金沙江下游流域旱涝规律认识,提升金沙江下游梯级水库科学调度水平及风险应对能力,进一步发挥梯级水库综合效益。

With a focus on the inflow of Wudongde Reservoir,the annual drought and flood characteristics of the Lower Jinsha River Basin were analyzed by using the standardized runoff index method.The within-year transition patterns of drought and flood were also investigated.An event database of typical drought and flood years in the lower Jinsha River Basin was built.Moreover,the general patterns of two distinct scenarios:the transition from drought to flood and from flood to drought within a year,were examined.This includes identifying the time frames and intensity of occurrence.A set of typical pattern events was constructed simultaneously.The findings enhance our understandings of the patterns and dynamics of drought and flood in the lower Jinsha River basin,and contribute to improving the scientific scheduling and risk-response capabilities while maximizing the integrated benefits of cascade reservoirs.
