城陵矶综合枢纽工程研究进展与展望

Progress and Prospect of Research on Chenglingji Comprehensive Hub Project

近年来,洞庭湖频现枯水季节延长、枯水期水位超低等情况。有研究表明,城陵矶综合枢纽工程是有效消除洞庭湖枯水水情持续恶化的治本措施。从城陵矶综合枢纽工程的必要性出发,在综合评述城陵矶综合枢纽工程的提出以及提出以来研究过程中形成的主要成果和相关讨论的基础上,提出对城陵矶综合枢纽工程进行更全面更深入的研究工作,尽快列入湖南省重要议事日程,加快推进实施。

In recent years,Dongting Lake has experienced frequent prolonged dry seasons and ultra-low water levels during dry period.Research has demonstrated Chenglingji Comprehensive Hub Project serves as an effective measure to combat the ongoing deterioration of Dongting Lake's dry water condition.We expound the necessity of this project,and conducted a comprehensive review of the project proposal and the major achievements and scholarly discussions since the proposal was made.On this basis,we advocate for a more comprehensive and in-depth research effort to implement the Chenglingji Comprehensive Hub Project,positioning it as a priority for Hunan Province.
