摘要
水轮发电机组运行期间,定子槽楔出现松动将会减弱其对定子线棒的固定作用,加剧定子线棒振动,长期运行将破坏线棒的主绝缘体,造成磨损与放电,影响发电机安全运行,因而槽楔的松动检测对发电机正常运行具有重要意义。通过分析槽楔松紧度检查方法,根据电厂实际情况选择了铜锤敲击法。在现有槽楔结构基础上,提出了一种发电机定子槽楔更换优化方法,并进行了现场实测,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
During the operation of hydrogenerator set,the loosening of stator slot wedge will weaken its fixed effect on the stator wire rod and aggravate the vibration of rod.Long-term operation will damage the main insulator of the wire rod,causing wear and discharge that can jeopardize the safe operation of the generator.Hence,it is imperative to detect the loosening of slot wedge to ensure the generator's normal operation.By analyzing methods of checking the slot wedge tightness,we selected the copper hammer tapping method based on the specific circumstance of the power plant.Additionally,we propose an optimized method for replacing the stator slot wedge in line with the existing slot structure.We further conducted field measurements to verify the correctness and feasibility of this approach.
