环保工程采取工程总承包的项目施工管理模式,有利于环保工程实现良好的绿色节能效益,也符合环保工程的整体经济成本控制目标。项目质量管理应贯穿于环保工程的各具体实施阶段,应严格把控环保工程的建设运行质量,杜绝环保工程的质量风险缺陷。基于此,探讨了环保工程总承包项目实施质量管理的价值意义,结合其现存应用问题探析工程管理的优化路径。

The environmental protection project adopts a general contracting project construction management model,which is conducive to achieving good green and energy-saving benefits for environmental protection projects and also conforms to the overall economic cost control objectives of environmental protection projects.Project quality management should run through each specific implementation stage of environmental protection engineering,and the construction and operation quality of environmental protection engineering should be strictly controlled to eliminate quality risk defects of environmental protection engineering.Based on this,the value and significance of implementing quality management in environmental engineering general contracting projects were explored,and the optimization path of engineering management was explored in combination with its existing application problems.
