摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织亮氨酸拉链EFhand结构域跨膜蛋白1(leucine zipper/leucine zipper/EF-hand-containing transmembrane protein 1,LETMI1)表达及其与生存预后的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月收治的102例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学染色检测肺癌组织和癌旁组织LETM1表达水平,比较LETM1表达与临床资料的关系,Kaplan-Meier法分析LETM1表达与非小细胞肺癌患者生存预后关系,Cox多因素回归分析影响患者生存的主要危险因素。结果LETM1蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织的高表达率为57.9%(59/102),癌旁组织为10.8%(11/102),两者相比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=50.108,P<0.001)。LETM1高表达组与低表达组分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况等一般资料差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,LETM1蛋白高表达术后总体生存期为(26.74±3.78)月,明显低于低表达(43.76±5.46)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox多因素分析显示,LETM1蛋白高表达是影响患者生存预后的蛀牙危险因素(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织LETM1呈高表达,LETM1可作为评估非小细胞肺癌患者生存预后的潜在指标。
Objective To investigate the levels of leucine zipper-EF-hand containing transmembrane protein 1(LETM1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues,and to analyze its correlation with clinical data and prognosis.Methods A total of 102 NSCLC patients treated from June 2018 to June 2021 were included.The positive expression of LETM1 in NSCLC tissues and paracancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between LETM1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC was analyzed.The correlation between LETM1 expression and the survival and prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.Risk factors affecting the survival and prognosis of NSCLC patients were analyzed by Cox proportional hazards model.Results The high-expression rate of LETM1 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(57.9%[59/102]vs 10.8%[11/102],χ^(2)=50.108,P<0.001).There were significant differences in the degree of differentiation,tumor,node,metastasis(TNM)staging,and lymph node metastasis between NSCLC patients expressing high and low levels of LETM1(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the postoperative overall survival of NSCLC patients expressing high levels of LETM1 was significantly shorter than those expressing low levels([26.74±3.78]months vs[43.76±5.46]months,P<0.05).Cox multivariate analysis showed that high level of LETM1 was an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusion LETM1 is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues,which can be used as a prognostic indicator for NSCLC.
