中频电疗仪电气安全及电磁兼容整改研究

Research on Electrical Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility Rectification of Medium Frequency Electrotherapy Instrument

中频电疗仪为临床常用的治疗仪,由连接线、主机及电极板构成,其以频率在1~100kHz电流(包括脉冲波、正弦波、调制波电流)利用电极进行能量输出,在电场作用下生成热效应,进而起到治疗作用。但临床使用中易因器械不合格而无法达到治疗效果。为此,采取仪器检测方式对12家生产企业及产品进行现场走访调查,分析电气安全及电磁兼容存在问题,并提出整改措施,从而为相关工作者提供参考。

Medium frequency electrotherapy instrument is commonly used in clinical therapy instrument,composed of connecting line,host and electrode plate,which uses the frequency of 1-100kHz current(including pulse wave,sine wave,modulated wave current)to use the electrode for energy output,generating thermal effect under the action of electric field,and then play a therapeutic role.However,in clinical use,it is easy to achieve the therapeutic effect because of unqualified instruments.To this end,12 production enterprises and products were visited and investigated by instrument testing,electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility problems were analyzed,and corrective measures were proposed,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
