低剂量螺旋CT在早期肺癌筛查中的应用

Application of Low-Dose Spiral CT in Early Lung Cancer Screening

目的:探究在早期肺癌筛查中应用低剂量螺旋CT扫描检查的临床效果。方法:纳入2021年3月~2022年12月到本院体检中心进行检查的肺癌高危人群群体200名,根据对其螺旋CT检查所使用剂量差异为准进行分组,其中常规剂量螺旋CT检查100名对象设为对照组,低剂量螺旋CT检查100名对象设为观察组。对两种不同剂量螺旋CT检查所得图像质量进行评估,同时从病灶筛查情况做评价。结果:对照组患者图像质量评分高于观察组(P<0.05),在满足诊断要求方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者评分与观察组患者评分差异无存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者辐射剂量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌高危人群群体应用低剂量螺旋CT方式扫描,虽然会影响图像整体质量,但对于病灶检出和判断与常规剂量CT扫描无明显差异。

Objective:Explore the clinical effectiveness of low-dose spiral CT scanning in early lung cancer screening.Methods:A group of 200 high-risk individuals for lung cancer who underwent examinations at the physical examination center of our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were included.They were grouped based on the difference in dosage used for spiral CT examination.Among them,100 subjects underwent conventional dose spiral CT examination as the control group and 100 subjects underwent low-dose spiral CT examination as the observation group.Evaluate the image quality obtained from two different doses of spiral CT examination,and evaluate the screening of lesions.Results:The image quality score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in meeting diagnostic requirements(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).The radiation dose of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-dose spiral CT scanning to high-risk groups of lung cancer may affect the overall image quality,but there is no significant difference in lesion detection and judgment compared to conventional dose CT scanning.
