双层探测器光谱CT定量参数对结直肠病变的诊断价值初步探讨

A Preliminary Study on Diagnostic Value of Quantitative Parameters of Dual-Layer Detector Spectral CT in Colorectal Lesions

目的:旨在探讨双层探测器光谱CT(DESCT)定量参数在结直肠病变良恶性和分化程度鉴别中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析92例病理证实的结直肠病变患者光谱CT图像,分别测量并比较各组光谱参数值,并采用ROC曲线分析其诊断效能。结果:恶性组光谱参数值均高于良性组(P<0.05),不同分化程度结直肠癌之间光谱参数值无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DESCT定量参数对于鉴别结直肠病变良恶性具有一定的诊断价值,且光谱曲线斜率诊断效能最佳,但是对结直肠癌分化程度鉴别诊断价值不高。

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the value of quantitative parameters of dual-layer detector spectral CT(DESCT)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant of colorectal disease and differentiation degree of colorectal cancer.Methods:The spectral CT images of 92 cases with colorectal lesions confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Each groups of spectral parameter values were measured and compared respectively.The diagnostic efficiency was evaluated by ROC curve analysis.Results:The values of spectral parameters in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the values of spectral parameters between colorectal cancer with different degrees of differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quantitative parameters of DESCT have a certain diagnostic value for the differentiation of benign and malignant colorectal diseases,and the spectral curve slope has the best diagnostic efficiency,but it has low diagnostic value for the differentiation degree of colorectal cancer.
