数字减影血管造影在消化道动脉出血患者中的诊断分析

Diagnostic Analysis of Digital Subtraction Angiography in Patients with Gastrointestinal Arterial Bleeding

目的:探讨数字减影血管造影在消化道动脉出血患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的80例消化道动脉出血患者为研究对象,所有患者均行数字减影血管造影检查,对于经检查发现出血责任血管者,给予其经微导管动脉栓塞治疗,并分析其治疗效果。结果:本组80例患者经数字减影血管造影检查共发现57例患者可见出血责任血管,检出率为71.25%(57/80),同时57例患者经栓塞治疗后均成功止血,止血成功率为100%,再止血率为7.01%(4/57)。结论:在消化道动脉出血患者中数字减影血管造影检查的诊断价值较高,同时对于检出存在消化道动脉出血者,根据数字减影血管造影检查结果给予患者微导管超选择动脉栓塞治疗,能获得较好的止血效果,且再出血现象发生率低。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in patients with gastrointestinal arterial bleeding.Methods:80 patients with gastrointestinal arterial bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent digital subtraction angiography.For those who were found to be responsible for bleeding after examination,the quality of transcatheter arterial embolization was given and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results:Through digital subtraction angiography examination,a total of 57 patients in this group were found to have bleeding responsible vessels,with a detection rate of 71.25%(57/80).At the same time,all 57 patients successfully stopped bleeding after embolization treatment,with a success rate of 100%and a re stop rate of 7.01%(4/57).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography is high in patients with gastrointestinal arterial bleeding.At the same time,for those who have detected gastrointestinal arterial bleeding,microcatheter superselective arterial embolization treatment based on DSA examination results can achieve good hemostatic effect,and the incidence of rebleeding is low.
