摘要
目的:分析远程实时动态心电传输系统的应用对急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者门-球时间的影响。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月就诊于葫芦岛市第二人民医院胸痛中心的153例诊断为急性ST段抬高心肌梗死的患者为研究对象,采用单中心、回顾性、非随机、病例对照的研究方法进行研究。分为院前远程传输心电图组75例(A组),将患者院前心电图情况利用12导联远实时动态心电传输系统传送至胸痛中心控制台;无院前心电图组56例(B组);通过电话、微信传输组22例(C组),主要对比三组患者的门-球时间。结果:对A、B、C三组门-球时间分别进行比较,院前远程心电传输组较无心电传输组门-球时间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;较电话、微信传输组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:远程心电传输系统在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者的救治过程中可有效缩短门-球时间,提高救治成功率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of the remote real-time dynamic ECG transmission system on the door to balloon(D-to-B)time of acute STEMI patients.Methods:153 patients diagnosed with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who visited the Chest Pain Center of the Second People's Hospital of Huludao City from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.A single center,retrospective,non randomized,case-control study method was used for the study.75 patients were divided into a pre hospital remote electrocardiogram transmission group(group A),and their pre hospital electrocardiogram information was transmitted to the chest pain center console using a 12 lead remote real-time dynamic electrocardiogram transmission system;56 cases in the group without pre hospital electrocardiogram(group B);22 patients(group C)were divided into two groups through phone and WeChat transmission,and the D-to-B time was mainly compared among the three groups of patients.Results:The time of D-to-B in A,B,C group was compared,and the time difference between the group before hospital and the group without ECG was statistically significant,P<0.05,which was not statistically significant compared with that of the telephone and wechat transmission group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The long-distance ECG transmission system can shorten the time of D-to-B and improve the success rate of the treatment in the treatment of STEMI patients.
