在3D打印技术辅助下应用神经内镜治疗脑室出血

摘要 目的:探究3D打印技术辅助下应用神经内镜治疗脑室出血的临床效果。方法:纳入2020年1月~2022年1月本院收治的脑室出血病例共计60例为观察对象,分组依据随机数字表法,观察组(3D打印技术辅助下神经内镜治疗)与对照组(传统手术治疗)各30例。记录两组手术指标,评估治疗前后格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分,随访术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、血肿廓清时间、引流管拔除时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后GOS评分、ADL评分观察组高于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著;并发症总例数比较观察组更少,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:脑室出血患者行3D打印技术辅助下的神经内镜治疗,在减轻手术创伤、提升血肿清除效果方面效果突出,可增强患者预后,减少并发症的发生。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage assisted by 3D printing technology.Methods:A total of 60 cases of ventricular hemorrhage were collected from January 2020 to January 2022.They were divided into an observation group(3D printing assisted neuroendoscopic treatment)and a control group(traditional surgical treatment)using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Record two sets of surgical indicators,evaluate the prognosis score(GOS)and daily living ability score(ADL)before and after treatment,and follow up the incidence of postoperative complications.Results:The operation time,hematoma clearance time,and drainage tube removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the GOS score,ADL The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was significant;The total number of complications was less than that of the observation group,and the difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Neuroendoscopy assisted by 3D printing technology for patients with intraventricular hemorrhage has outstanding effects in reducing surgical trauma and improving the effect of hematoma removal,which can enhance the prognosis of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
