摘要
目的:探讨口腔根管治疗中超声波仪器的应用。方法:回顾性选取2021年2月~2022年2月本院口腔根管治疗患者60例,依据根管预备方法分为超声波仪器组、常规手用器械组两组,各30例,统计分析两组根管预备时间、疼痛程度、咀嚼功能、填充效果、临床疗效、并发症发生情况、满意度。结果:超声波仪器组患者的上颌、下颌根管预备时间均短于常规手用器械组(P<0.05)。超声波仪器组患者的数字分级评分法评分低于常规手用器械组(P<0.05),咀嚼功能评分高于常规手用器械组(P<0.05)。超声波仪器组患者的欠填率、恰填率均高于常规手用器械组,超填率低于常规手用器械组(Z=2.013,P<0.05)。超声波仪器组患者的总有效率高于常规手用器械组(100.00%,80.00%,χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。超声波仪器组患者的并发症发生率低于常规手用器械组(3.33%,26.67%,χ^(2)=4.242,P<0.05)。超声波仪器组患者的满意度高于常规手用器械组(93.33%,70.00%,χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论:口腔根管治疗中超声波仪器的应用效果较常规手用器械好。
Objective:To explore the application of ultrasonic instrument in oral root canal therapy.Methods:60 patients with oral root canal therapy in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected retrospectively.According to the root canal preparation method,they were divided into ultrasonic instrument group and conventional hand instrument group,with 30 cases in each group.The root canal preparation time,degree of pain,masticatory function,filling effect,clinical curative effect,incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The preparation time of the maxillary and mandibular root canals in the ultrasonic instrument group was shorter than that in the conventional hand instrument group(P<0.05).The digital grading score of patients in the ultrasound instrument group was lower than that in the conventional hand instrument group(P<0.05),and the chewing function score was higher than that in the conventional hand instrument group(P<0.05).The underfill rate and overfill rate of patients in the ultrasound instrument group were higher than those in the conventional hand instrument group,while the overfill rate was lower than that in the conventional hand instrument group(Z=2.013,P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the ultrasound instrument group was higher than that in the conventional hand instrument group(100.00%,80.00%,χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the ultrasound instrument group was lower than that in the conventional hand instrument group(3.33%,26.67%,χ^(2)=4.242,P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the ultrasound instrument group was higher than that in the conventional hand instrument group(93.33%,70.00%,χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of ultrasonic instrument in oral root canal therapy is better than that of conventional hand instrument.
