银离子敷料结合负压引流治疗腹部切口感染的效果

Effect of Silver Ion Dressing Combined with Negative Pressure Drainage in the Treatment of Abdominal Incision Infection

目的:探讨对腹部切口感染患者采用银离子敷料+负压引流方法完成治疗后的临床效果。方法:选择2019年12月~2020年12月在本院接受治疗的腹部切口感染患者60例,依据切口感染处理方法的不同分组,即包含30例患者的对照组(选择常规换药方法完成切口感染处理)与包含30例患者的观察组(选择银离子敷料+负压引流方法完成切口感染处理);比较两组患者治疗1周切口愈合总有效率、换药次数、切口愈合时间以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗1周后,对两组切口愈合效果进行测定,观察组(96.67%)切口愈合总有效率较对照组(73.33%)更高(P<0.05);经统计,观察组换药次数(3.11±0.53)次较对照组更少,切口愈合时间(10.33±2.59)d较对照组更短,VAS评分(4.33±0.26)分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料+负压引流方法在腹部切口感染治疗中的有效应用,优于常规换药效果,可提高患者切口愈合有效率,并将换药次数减少,使切口愈合时间缩短,将换药时疼痛程度有效减轻,可促进腹部切口感染患者良好预后。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of silver ion dressing+negative pressure drainage for patients with abdominal incision infection.Methods:A total of 60 patients with abdominal incision infection from our hospital were selected from December 2019 to December 2020.The study was divided into different groups according to different methods of incision infection treatment,namely,the reference group containing 30 patients(conventional dressing change method was selected to complete incision infection treatment)and the study group containing 30 patients(silver ion dressing+negative pressure drainage method was selected to complete incision infection treatment).The total incision healing rate,dressing change times,incision healing time and VAS score(visual analogue scale)were compared between the two groups after 1 week of treatment.Results:After 1 week of treatment,the wound healing effect of the two groups was measured.The total effective rate of wound healing in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the reference group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Statistically,the dressing change times of the study group(3.11±0.53)were less than that of the reference group,the incision healing time(10.33±2.59)d was shorter than that of the reference group,and the VAS score(4.33±0.26)was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The silver ion dressings+negative pressure drainage method for effective application in the treatment of abdominal incision infection,is superior to conventional treatment effect is remarkable,may incision healing efficiently,and improve the patient and reduces switching frequency,make the incision healing time shortened,would alleviate pain during dressing change,can promote good outcomes for patients with abdominal incision infection.
