消化内镜室医院感染控制中应用规范化流程管理的效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Standardized Process Management in Nosocomial Infection Control in Digestive Endoscopy Room

目的:分析消化内镜室医院感染控制中应用规范化流程管理的效果。方法:选择2020年1月~2021年1月本院内镜室接受消化内镜检查的患者106例作为研究对象,根据入院顺序奇偶数进行分组,其中,奇数患者53例为对照组未使用规范化流程管理,偶数患者53例为观察组应用规范化流程管理,对其感染控制中的管理效果进行分析。结果:接受管理干预后,观察组患者护理安全、仪器器械管理、岗位管理、急救药物管理、消毒隔离5个方面的感染控制评价指标值均高于对照组患者,观察组患者发生感染率7.55%低于对照组患者发生感染率32.08%,观察组患者对内镜检查服务满意度94.44%高于对照组患者对内镜检查服务满意度73.58%,P<0.05,组间对比具有统计学意义。结论:内镜室医院感染控制中应用规范化流程管理的效果较好,院内感染的发生率明显下降,患者的好评度明显上升。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized process management in nosocomial infection control in digestive endoscopy room.Methods:106 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy in the endoscopy room of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research cases and divided into groups according to the odd and even number of admission order.Among them,the odd 53 patients were the control group without standardized process management,and the even 53 patients were the observation group.The management effect in infection control was analyzed.Results:After receiving the management intervention,the evaluation index values of infection control in five aspects of nursing safety,instrument and instrument management,post management,emergency drug management and disinfection and isolation in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The infection rate in the study group was 7.55%lower than that in the control group was 32.08%,The satisfaction of patients in the study group with endoscopy service was 94.44%higher than that of patients in the control group with endoscopy service satisfaction of 73.58%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized process management in nosocomial infection control in endoscopy room is better,the incidence of nosocomial infection is significantly reduced,and the praise of patients is significantly increased.
