摘要
介绍了中药颗粒调剂机MD6120的工作环境和调剂前检查工作,分别列出工作过程中常见的网络和程序系统、封装组件、称重组件、轴承座组件、打印组件、吸尘器、扫描枪、上柜体的故障情况,分析故障原因并给出对应的处理办法,为免煎颗粒药房工作人员提供参考。最后总结了MD6120日常清洁维护的要点,并给机器厂家和药品供应商提出改进建议。
The working environment and inspections before dispensing of MD6120 traditional Chinese medicine dispenser was introduced.The common faults of communication program system,packaging,weighing,bearing,printing,vacuum cleaner,scanning gun and upper cabinet in the working process were listed,analyzed the fault cause and given the corresponding treatment method,to provide reference for the staff of TCM pharmacy.Then the main points of daily maintenance of MD6120 were summarized and some improvement to machine manufacturer and pharmaceutical suppliers were suggested.
