摘要
国营晋林机械厂是一个典型的三线建设工厂,这种典型性表现在它内部的生活样态及其职工的代际关系上。20世纪80年代以来,随着内外环境的变化,它开始了“出山进城”的进程。由于其具有三线建设工厂的典型性,因而在其二次搬迁过程中,职工对待搬迁的态度呈现出一定的相似性;由于其内部职工存在着代际差异,不同代际对于二次搬迁的不同态度也在这一过程中展露无遗。这种共性与个性的出现是晋林厂作为一个典型的三线建设工厂数十年来与其周边社会所形成的共生关系被打破后的必然结果,职工不得不去直面这种变化,这也是广大三线工厂在二次搬迁过程中的一个缩影。
As a typical Third-line Construction factory,the state-run Jinlin factory demonstrates its unparalleled life style and eneration differences among its employees.From the 1980s,with the change of the internal and external circumstances,it starts to set out the process of“Leave the Mountain and Go into the City”,which means the factory relocates from the caves to the plain areas.Due to its typical characteristics of the Third-line Construction factory,its employees share somewhat similar attitude towards the second reloca-tion;Meanwhile,the different generations did not have the same attitude towards the relocation.This study reveals that the emergence of such similarity and difference is the inevitable consequence of the broken symbiotic relationship between the Jinlin factory and its peri-pheral areas.The employees of the factory have to face such changes and consequences.It is also a microcosm of the most Third-line Construction factories in the second relocation.
