山东省印染行业废水处理污泥危险特性研究

Hazardous characteristics of sewage sludge from dyeing and printing industry in Shandong Province

为了改善印染污泥管理混乱的状况,对印染行业废水处理污泥的产生情况及特征污染物进行分析,结合山东省典型印染企业污泥的危险特性检测数据,得出印染行业废水处理污泥不具有危险特性的结论。建议通过编制印染污泥鉴别技术规范和行业指南,加强企业日常管理等手段解决印染污泥管理问题。

The production situation and characteristic pollutants of wastewater treatment sludge in printing and dyeing industry were analyzed to improve the disordered management of printing and dyeing sludge.By combining this analysis with hazardous characteristic testing data from typical printing and dyeing enterprises in Shandong Province,it is concluded that printing and dyeing sludge did not exhibit hazardous characteristics.It is recommended that technical specifications and industry guidelines for identifying printing and dyeing sludge be developed,and that daily management of enterprises be strengthened to address the problem of printing and dyeing sludge management.
