智能手机与私人生活的深度链接,二次元空间不断排除三维实体生活,公民对智能手机的掌控、依赖与奴役并存,智能手机带来的沉迷、沉浸、偏颇、排除、高欲望与低欲望的两个极端,导致个体内在性的遗失、权力的新样态以及技术性虚无主义。如何解蔽祛魅,让智能手机网络应用开创幸福的未来,需要基于中华独特的文化价值和治理理念的行动方略:一是“观思并重”作为数智时代的信息方法论;二是虚实并济,用善治与善用来发挥技术之善;三是发扬中国传统文化哲学的“有无相生”的生存智慧,让科技回归生命本身、回归生活本身。

The deepening link between smart phones and private life,the constant exclusion of three-dimensional physical life in the two-dimensional space,the coexistence of citizens'control,dependence and enslavement of smart phones,and the two extremes of addiction,immersion,bias,exclusion,high desire and low desire brought about by smart phones——all these have led to the loss of individual immanence,the new form of power and technical nihilism.How to unveil the disenchantment and let the smartphone web application create a happy future requires an action strategy based on the unique cultural values and governance concepts with Chinese characteristics.The first is laying equal stress on“viewing and thinking”,which can be used as the information methodology in the age of digital intelligence;the second is the combination of deficiency and reality,using“good governance”and“fine use”to develop the good technology;the third is to carry forward the living wisdom of“coexistence of being and non-being”in the traditional Chinese cultural philosophy,so that science and technology can return to life itself and living itself.
