村庄制度对农村居民生活垃圾分类治理行为的影响研究——基于计划行为理论的分析

Study on the Influence of Village System on the Classification and Treatment Behavior of Rural Residents’Domestic Garbage:An Analysis Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior

农村生活垃圾有效治理是解决农村环境污染的关键,是实现乡村生态振兴的重点,充分发挥农村居民生活垃圾分类治理的主体作用,可以提高生活垃圾治理的效率与效果,从而改善农村生活环境,全面推动农村经济社会发展。以陕西省863名农村居民为研究对象,从村庄制度视角出发,基于计划行为理论构建农村居民生活垃圾分类行为的研究框架,进而运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。结果表明:村庄制度对农村居民的主观规范和治理态度均存在显著正向影响,并且进一步显著提升其生活垃圾分类治理的意愿及行为;主观规范、分类态度与知觉行为控制对农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿均存在显著正向影响;分类意愿显著提升农村居民生活垃圾分类行为。另外,农村居民的生活垃圾分类行为受到村庄制度与亲戚朋友等周围人行为的影响,生活垃圾治理的相关村庄制度越完善,周围人参与分类的积极性越高,农村居民的生活垃圾分类行为随之增强。

The effective treatment of rural domestic waste is the key to solve rural environmental pollution and the key to realize rural ecological revitalization.Giving full play to the main role of rural residents’domestic waste classification treatment can improve the efficiency and effect of domestic waste treatment,thus improving rural living environment and comprehensively promoting rural economic and social development.Taking 863 rural residents in Shaanxi Province as the research object,from the perspective of village system,this paper constructs the research framework of domestic waste classification behavior of rural residents based on planned behavior theory,and then uses structural equation model for empirical test.The results show that the village system has a significant positive impact on the subjective norms and governance attitudes of rural residents,and further significantly improves their willingness and behavior of classified management of domestic waste.Subjective norms,classification attitude and perceived behavior control have significant positive effects on rural residents’willingness to classify domestic waste;The willingness to classify significantly improved the domestic waste classification behavior of rural residents.In addition,the household waste classification behavior of rural residents is affected by the village system and the behavior of surrounding people such as relatives and friends.The more perfect the village system related to household waste treatment,the higher the enthusiasm of surrounding people to participate in classification,and the household waste classification behavior of rural residents will be enhanced.
