回顾了北京市水科学技术研究院建院60年以来不同阶段的改革发展变迁,总结了党的十八大以来党建引领、管理效能提升、智库作用发挥等主要成就和经验,阐述了首都治水新发展阶段的新内涵、新方向和新要求,明确了首都水务技术支撑路径和北京市水科学技术研究院发展方向。

This paper reviews the different stages of reform and development of the Beijing Water Science and Technology Institute since its establishment 60 years ago.It summarizes the main achievements and experiences of the guidance of Party Building,management effectiveness improvement,and the role of think tanks since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),elaborates on the new connotations,directions,and requirements of the Beijing's new development stage of water governance,and clarifies the path of technical support for Beijing water and the development direction of the Beijing Water Science and Technology Institute.
