北京市地下水地源热泵系统规范管理探究

Research on standardd management of groundwater heat pump system in Beijing

作为一种清洁能源,地下水地源热泵在21世纪初在北京市得到了较快发展,但由于后期使用过程中发现诸多问题,在后续的发展中受到了一定的限制。梳理了北京市地下水地源热泵管理的历史沿革,通过开展全市范围内的排查工作,理清在用地下水地源热泵台账,并根据排查结果分析了当前地下水地源热泵在使用和管理中存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了对策建议,可为存量地下水地源热泵的管理及新建项目的审批提供参考。

As a kind of clean energy,groundwater heat pump has been developed rapidly in the early 21st century in Beijing.However,the development of this technology has been subject to certain limitations due to the discovery of many problems during the later use process.This paper tidies the history of groundwater heat pump management in Beijing.Through the investigation,the basic information of groundwater heat pumps in use are clarified.Then the main problems existing in the management and use of groundwater heat pump are analyzed according to the investigation results.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the management level of groundwater heat pump.This paper can provide reference for the subsequent approval of groundwater heat pump.
