站城一体理念下大型枢纽地区的城市更新策略——以深圳平湖枢纽重点城市更新单元为例

Urban Renewal Strategy of Large-scale Transit Hub Area Under the Concept Of Station-City Integration:Taking the Key Urban Renewal Units of Shenzhen Pinghu Hub as an Example

如何依托大型枢纽促进周边存量地区的系统优化和品质提升,成为大型枢纽地区城市更新面临的难题。提出以站城一体理念引导大型枢纽地区的城市更新,并从3大维度提出多元、高效、缝合的城市更新策略,即以区域思维统筹功能定位、以在地化思维指导空间设计、以系统思维优化实施机制,从而在枢纽建设的“体”和城市更新的“用”之间搭建桥梁。同时,结合深圳平湖枢纽重点城市更新单元的实践,对站城一体理念下的大型枢纽地区城市更新策略加以验证,以期为其他大型枢纽地区的城市更新提供参考。

Systematic optimization and quality improvement of large-scale transit hub vicinity have become a challenge in urban renewal.A station-city integration oriented approach for the renewal of large-scale transit hub vicinity is proposed from three dimensions:general functional positioning by regional thinking,spatial design guided by local thinking,and implementation mechanism optimized by systematic thinking,to build a bridge between the"body"of hub construction and the"use"of urban renewal.In addition,the urban renewal strategies in the practice of key urban renewal units of Shenzhen Pinghu Hub are validated,providing a model for urban renewal in large-scale transit hub vicinity.
