预制块联锁矩阵软体结构水下铺排施工技术及应用

摘要 为解决河道水下边坡防护问题,依托引江济淮工程研发出预制块联锁矩阵软体结构水下铺排施工技术,该技术利用削坡船形成的合格工作面,采用铺排船进行施工作业,铺排布事先卷入船上的卷筒,施工时铺排布在铺排船甲板上展开,人工在排布上编排绑扎预制块,通过绑扎带将其牢牢固定在铺排布上,形成整体的软体排,随后通过GPS定位和牵引,铺排到达指定的位置进行铺设,形成一种平顺柔性的护坡护岸,实现水下边坡的生态防护。本文详细阐述了其技术原理及工艺流程等内容,可为类似项目施工提供参考和借鉴。 To address the issue of underwater slope protection in river channels,a construction technology called“underwater installation of prefabricated interlocking block matrix soft structures”has been developed based on the Yangtze River to Huaihe River Project.This technology utilizes a slope trimming vessel to create a qualified working surface and employs a placement vessel for construction operations.The placement material is pre-loaded onto reels on the placement vessel.During construction,it is unrolled and spread on the deck of the placement vessel.Workers arrange and secure the prefabricated blocks on the placement material,firmly fastening them using binding straps.This forms a cohesive soft structure that is then positioned and laid in the desired location using GPS positioning and traction.The result is a smooth and flexible slope protection system,achieving ecological protection of underwater slopes.This paper provides a detailed explanation of the technical principles,process flow,and other relevant details,serving as a reference for similar construction projects.
