人大附中航天城学校是拥有正规游泳场馆的十二年一贯制学校,致力于打造完善的中小学一体化游泳及水域安全课程。在学校“三航”课程体系指引下,人航中小学游泳及水域安全课程分为启航课程——游泳校本课、防溺水安全课程和游泳实践活动,领航课程——游泳选修课和游泳健康包,自航课程——游泳社团和防溺水安全宣讲团。课程以游泳基本技能的学练为基础,培养学生兴趣爱好,激发学生运动热情;以水域安全教育重点,向学生普及安全游泳、防溺水、自救、救生等相关内容,提高学生的水域安全意识,确保学生在意外危险到来时作出正确的反应和行为。

The Aerospace City School of RDFZ is a 12-year coherent school with standard swimming venues,committed to creating a comprehensive integrated swimming and water safety curriculum for primary and secondary students.Under the guidance of the school's"three navigation"curriculum system,the swimming and water safety courses are divided into three types,including sailing courses——swimming school-based courses,drowning prevention safety courses,and swimming practice activities,navigation courses——swimming elective courses and swimming health packages,and self navigation courses——swimming clubs and drowning prevention safety propaganda groups.The course is based on the learning and training of basic swimming skills to cultivate students'interests and stimulate their enthusiasm for sports.With a focus on water safety education,we aim to promote safe swimming,drowning prevention,self rescue,and lifesaving to students,thus enhance their awareness of water safety,and ensure that they respond and act correctly when unexpected dangers arise.
