摘要
劳动教育是全面发展教育体系的重要组成部分,对全面贯彻党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要的意义。劳动课程应该立足实践,引导学生基于真实问题自主进行真思考、真研究,与同伴进行真合作、真沟通,主动投入真劳动,从而获得真兴趣、真知识、真能力。深度学习导向下的劳动课程,实施理念应由教学转向育人,实施方式由传统单课时教学转向大单元教学,实施对象由被动学习者转变为主动实践者,实现学生主体、教师引导的育人格局。人大附中的劳动课程从学生批判性思维及创造性思维形成、复杂问题解决能力提升、有效合作、有效沟通的深度学习视角,探索了大单元整体教学设计策略与实践路径,促进了学生的深度学习能力提升。
Labor education is an important component of the comprehensive development education system,which is of great significance for the comprehensive implementation of the Party's education policy,the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.Labor courses should be based on practice,guiding students to independently engage in genuine thinking and research based on real problems,engage in genuine cooperation and communication with peers,and actively engage in genuine labor,in order to acquire genuine interests,knowledge,and abilities.Under the guidance of deep learning,the implementation concept of labor curriculum should shift from teaching to education,the implementation method should shift from traditional single class teaching to complete unit teaching,and the implementation object should shift from passive learners to active researchers,achieving a student-centered and teacher-led education pattern.From the perspective of deep learning of students'critical thinking and creative thinking formation,complex problem solving ability improvement,effective cooperation,and effective communication,the labor curriculum of the High School Affliated to the Renmin University has explored the overall teaching design strategy and practice path of big units,and promoted students'deep learning ability.
