数字经济驱动下中国省域高技术制造业的创新效率评价研究 被引量:7

Innovation Efficiency Evaluation of China’s Provincial High-Tech Manufacturing Industry Driven by Digital Economy

摘要 在数字技术与高技术制造业不断深度融合趋势下,数字经济已成为驱动中国高技术制造业创新效率提升的重要动力。通过构建数字经济驱动下中国高技术制造业创新效率评价指标体系,利用Bootstrap-DEA模型对2009—2019年中国各省域高技术制造业创新效率进行评价,分析了中国高技术制造业技术创新效率区域差异、时空演变及其成因。研究发现,中国高技术制造业技术创新效率整体水平较低,且技术创新效率表现出明显的东、中、西部三大区域间差异。广东、浙江和江苏等东部地区省域的技术创新效率值较高,但面临技术创新效率提升瓶颈;而甘肃、青海和内蒙古等中西部地区省域的技术创新效率值较低,但保持较高技术创新效率增速。在数字经济驱动下,中国高技术制造业创新效率的整体差距以及东、中、西三大地区间的创新效率差距均在逐年缩小。数字资本投入、数字基础设施、数字交易规模和企业数字化水平是高技术制造业创新水平提升的重要驱动因素。结合数字经济与高技术制造业创新融合发展实践,提出了数字经济驱动高技术制造业创新效率提升的具体策略。本文是对数字经济驱动下中国高技术制造业创新效率评价指标体系的有益探索,为开展数字经济背景下中国高技术制造业创新效率问题研究提供了有益借鉴。 Under the trend of continuous deep integration of digital technology and high-tech manufacturing,the digital economy has become an important driving force for the improvement of innovation efficiency in China’s hightech manufacturing industry.By constructing an evaluation index system for the innovation efficiency of China’s hightech manufacturing industry driven by the digital economy,it used the Bootstrap DEA model to evaluate the innovation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing industries in various provinces of China from 2009 to 2019.The regional differences,spatiotemporal evolution,and causes of technological innovation efficiency in China’s high-tech manufacturing industry were analyzed.The research finds that the overall level of technological innovation efficiency in China’s high-tech manufacturing industry is relatively low,and there are significant differences in technological innovation efficiency among the three major regions of the east,central,and west.The technological innovation efficiency values in eastern regions such as Guangdong,Zhejiang,and Jiangsu are relatively high,but they face bottlenecks in improving technological innovation efficiency.However,the technological innovation efficiency values of provinces in central and western regions such as Gansu,Qinghai,and Inner Mongolia are relatively low,but they maintain a high growth due to technological innovation efficiency.Driven by the digital economy,the overall gap in innovation efficiency in China’s high-tech manufacturing industry and the gap in innovation efficiency among the three major regions of the east,central,and west are narrowing year by year.Digital capital investment,digital infrastructure,digital transaction scale,and enterprise digitalization level are important driving factors for the improvement of innovation level in high-tech manufacturing industry.Based on the practice of integrating digital economy and high-tech manufacturing innovation,specific strategies for improving the innovation efficiency of hightech manufacturing driven by digital economy have been proposed.It is a beneficial exploration of the evaluation index system for the innovation efficiency of China’s high-tech manufacturing industry driven by the digital economy,and provides useful reference for conducting research on the innovation efficiency of China’s high-tech manufacturing industry in the context of the digital economy.
