摘要
随着数字时代的到来,企业战略活动日益开放,由此伴生的“开放悖论”问题成为企业成长过程中面临的一个重要挑战。然而,开放悖论研究仍处于自由探索阶段,其理论核心及理论边界尚不明晰,致使该领域的发展显著落后于管理实践。鉴于此,本文在前人研究基础之上,对开放悖论概念进行了界定,运用编码方法对国内外相关文献进行了系统梳理。在此基础上,总结理论基础与研究方法,提炼出开放悖论的内容、影响因素及化解悖论的应对策略。最后,构建了一个综合研究框架,并对未来研究进行了展望。
With the advent of the digital era,the strategic activities of enterprises are increasingly open.The ensuing‘paradox of openness’has become an important challenge for enterprises to grow up.However,the research on the paradox of openness remains at a preliminary exploratory stage,and its theoretical core and boundary are not clear,which makes the development of this field lag behind management practice significantly.In view of this,based on the previous studies,it defined the paradox of openness and used the coding method to systematically comb through the related research at home and abroad.On this basis,the theoretical and methods of the research on the paradox of openness were summarized,and the contents,influencing factors and coping strategies were extracted for the paradox of openness.Finally,it constructed a comprehensive research framework of the paradox of openness and proposed future research prospects.
