绵羊体况与PMSG对同期发情效果的影响

The effect of PMSG and body condition on the estrus synchronization of sheep

为了研究不同体况和不同剂量孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)对绵羊同期发情效果的影响,试验将体况良好的60只母羊随机分为A、B两组,体况差的120只母羊随机分为C、D两组,A、C组注射400 IU PMSG,B、D组注射330 IU PMSG。结果表明:肌肉注射400 IU PMSG的母羊发情率优于肌肉注射330 IU PMSG(P<0.05),且体况良好的母羊发情率优于体况差的母羊(P<0.05)。说明母羊体况严重影响同期发情的效果,合理应用生殖激素可以提高绵羊的同期发情率。

The experiment aims to investigate the effects of body conditions and pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG)on the synchronization of estrus in sheep.A total of 60 ewes with good body condition were randomly divided into group A and group B,and 120 ewes with poor body condition were randomly divided into group C and group D.Groups A and group C were injected with intramuscular injection of 400 IU PMSG,while groups B and D were injected with intramuscular injection of 330 IU PMSG.The results showed that the effect of intramuscular injection of 400 IU PMSG was better than that of intramuscular injection of 330 IU PMSG(P<0.05),and the effect of estrus synchronization in good body condition was better than that of in poor body condition(P<0.05).It could be concluded that the body condition of ewes would significantly affect the effect of synchronous estrus,and appropriate application of reproductive hormones could improve the synchronous estrus rate of sheep.
