基于CDI分析的接触网整锚段燃弧诊断及精调整治

摘要 对郑渝高铁联调联试期间接触网动态性能指数CDI进行应用分析,发现接触线整锚段燃弧问题,通过多次重复性比对进行问题诊断确认,逐项分析接触网恒张力放线基本要素,确定了自中心锚结向两侧补偿装置进行推压的应力释放精调方法。经现场运行实践,采用该方法可消除整锚段燃弧问题,推广应用到其他运营线路也具有良好效果,具有借鉴意义。 Application analysis is made for the Catenary-pantograph Dynamic Index(CDI)during the integrated commissioning of Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway,and the problems of arcing of contact wire in the whole overlap section are found.On the basis of diagnosis and identification after repeated comparison,analyzing item by item the key factors for stringing of contact wire with constant force,an accurate modification method is finalized for stress release by means of pushing and pressing from mid-point anchor to both sides of tensioning devices.Through site application,the method adopted is able to eliminate the arcing of contact wire in the whole overlap section,and it has better effects after application on other operating lines,so it is of significance for reference.
