风区接触网零部件的优化改进及应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 风区接触网零部件已在兰新高铁、穗莞深城际铁路、海南环岛铁路等多条典型内陆大风区和沿海大风区的电气化铁路中使用。现服役的风区接触网零部件属于初代国产化产品,总体使用工况良好,具有抗风稳定性优异、维护量小的突出优势,但经过十余年的运行,逐渐凸显出若干问题。因此,对风区接触网零部件已显现问题进行分析研究,优化产品设计,改进生产工艺,对提高风区接触网产品的可靠性具有重要意义。 OCS fittings in wind area have been used in electrified railways in many typical inland wind areas and coastal wind areas,such as Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway,Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Inter-city rail,Hainan Roundabout Railway,etc.The OCS components in wind area currently in service belong to the first generation of domestically manufactured products,with good overall operating conditions and outstanding advantages of excellent wind resistance stability and minor maintenance.However,after more than ten years of operation,several problems have gradually emerged.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and study the problems that have appeared in the OCS fittings in the wind zone,optimization of product design,improvement of manufacturing processes have great significance to the reliability of OCS products in the wind area.
