摘要
海外某轨道交通工程车辆段建设进度远早于正线,该车辆段降压变电所于2015年投入运行,当时变电所设备并未考虑接入PSCADA系统,因此众多设备未预留监控接口和监控条件。经现场设备调查和图纸查阅,对既有变电所进行全面改造,如新增断路器遥控功能、新增母线电压检测功能、修改开关柜闭锁功能、修改开关柜联跳功能、优化I/O点表等,完成了既有车辆段变电所接入PSCADA的方案。经过现场改造、调试、运行后取得了预期的效果。
The construction progress of a depot of an overseas rail transportation engineering is more earlier than its main line.The step-down substation of the depot has been put into operation in 2015.At that time,considerations are not given to the connection of substation equipment to the PSCADA system,so there are no reservation of monitoring interfaces and monitoring conditions for a lot of equipment.After investigation of site equipment and review of drawings,the comprehensive reconstruction of the existing substations is executed,such as adding the remote control function of circuit breaker,adding the bus bar voltage inspection function,modifying the switch cabinet locking function,modifying the switch cabinet inter-tripping function,optimizing the I/O point table and the scheme of connecting the existing substation of the depot to PSCADA has been accomplished.After site reconstruction,commissioning and operation,the expected results have been achieved.
