Research on the dilemma and countermeasures of green and low-carbon development of SMEs in Changde City from the perspective of“double carbon”goal

“十四五”时期是我国能源向清洁化转型的关键期,文章通过分析常德市中小企业绿色低碳发展特点,指出绿色低碳发展在常德市转型过程中具有关键作用及重大意义,并从组织架构调整、技术改造、社会资源整合、政策支持等方面提出了常德市中小企业绿色低碳发展的解决对策。

The“14th Five-Year Plan”period is a critical period in the transformation of energy to clean in our country.By analyzing the characteristics of green and low carbon development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in Changde City,this paper points out that green and low carbon development plays key roles and great significance in the transformation process of Changde City,and puts forward the solutions for the green and low-carbon development of SMEs in Changde City from the aspects of organizational structure adjustment,technological transformation,social resource integration and policy support.
